A. 質問ありがとうございます！国際宇宙法における議論では米露は対立しております。宇宙政策は国ごとに打ち出す国家政策ですので、異なるのは自然なのですが、宇宙法における重要な用語の解釈や法的アプローチも対立もしくは異なる立場を貫いています。来週の授業で少し触れますね。 |

A. I agree with you that maybe no state has a clear strategy which the author means in outer space activities. A drafting process seems a good start to create common understanding for what to do and how to behave.."a rule of the road." See you next week! |

| C. I don't have clear answer about the conclusion. Author judged countries cannot cooperate on military project because international environment has changed again and again. Therefore, he has set common interest as a goal of project? |
A. I also wonder why he changed his opinion in setting the goal of space strategy. Considering the changes in international environment / situation, he might realize that outer space is becoming more and more common place where only common interest can be accepted in international community without provoking another threat. Anyway, this article leaves space for further question, though I like his idea! |
