A. Yes! transparency is becoming more important not only in the field of outer space activities but also in other field! I am glad that you got that from your own background/major which is not necessarily space law ;-). |
| Q. I wonder, when the North Korea launched the rocket or missile, the neighbor countries worried about it, but when other worries launched missile the neighbor countries didn't worry like North Korea. Why? |
A. Thank you very much for your question. There are several reasons. One of them is the fact that North Korea withdrew from the NPT(The Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons) and they lack transparency in outer space activities. |
